Getting Remote Support from Our IT Team

Follow these quick steps so we can connect securely via RustDesk.

  1. Download the latest RustDesk build for your platform using the table below (Windows x64 is recommended for most desktops).
  2. Launch RustDesk. On first run, allow it through Windows Defender or your macOS Gatekeeper prompt so it can accept incoming connections.
  3. In the RustDesk window, copy the ID and password shown under “Your ID.”
  4. Send those credentials to our service desk via your open ticket, email, or phone. Do not share them publicly; each code is temporary.
  5. Keep RustDesk running. Once we connect, you’ll see a prompt asking to allow remote control—click “Accept.”
  6. Stay nearby in case we need multi-factor approval or to confirm any on-screen changes. You can disconnect at any time using the “Stop” button in RustDesk.
